"Shavon took great care of me this morning! When I called in an order for 14 sandwiches, she was friendly and helpful! On top of that, when I walked in the restaurant, everyone said "Welcome to Tim Hortons!". They really made me feel important! Shavon had my order ready as promised and the sandwiches were hot and nicely displayed on a tray. She and her team made it easy for me to place the order and pick up! Hats off to this store, nice job!! Adding to my reply, I went back today to place another larger order. Maria helped me, and she was great as well! Very pleased with the customer service and quality at this store!!"

"I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while now. Mostly early early mornings. And I’ll say, it is the most enjoyable experience. Everyone is so friendly, kind, prompt and cheerful (not over the top cheerful, just naturally pleasant and cheerful). I love coming in and being greeted and then the food is always top notch, and when there is some sort of issue, it is handled right away, and above what would be expected."
